Pig Treats
Since my little sister is raising a pig as part of her FFA program, she always has to feed it TONS of cookies and treats with a high caloric value to fatten ‘er up. So the other day, she came home and had a box of Nilla Wafers peeking out of her backpack. I slapped some whipped topping on those babies, and enjoyed them for a good while. The whole experience and texture and taste of the wafers catapulted me back to my days as a youngster eating them on the playground with my best friends Ashley and Rebekah while hanging upside down on the monkey bars. I find it so amazing that something as small as one solitary vanilla flavored cracker can trigger memories inside of your mind that haven’t been brought up for a long long time. viva nilla!
